really good times square experience

The location was unbeatable. I loved being right in the heart of everything. the king bed was comfortable. we found the room clean. the r lounge offered a fantastic view. I especially enjoyed the new year's eve ball drop building.
This was a minor inconvenience.

I loved that the staff was so friendly upon my arrival. They were also super helpful. the location is great, near broadway theatres. i got excellent dining advice. the staff gave great recommendations around the area! the business center looked well equipped.
The bathroom shower wasn't perfectly clean. There was some hair on the shower walls! though, i was too exhausted to make the front desk aware.

the location was central to many tourist areas.
i experienced poor service from the bar staff. i asked them to charge my room, but they harassed my guest about payment. an older waiter was disrespectful and aggressive. i was shocked by this behavior and do not recommend this hotel.
